Sports help our kids learn to work together, persevere through tough times, and instill values that will last them a lifetime. Right now, our local high school sports programs need help to keep going, and our Quincy, Massachusetts Ford dealership Quirk Ford is stepping up to raise money for the Quincy High hockey program.
Join us on October 22 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Coddington School parking lot for our Ford Drive One 4 UR School test-drive event, where we’ll be donating $20 for each and every Ford test-drive. A test drive takes just 10 minutes out of your day and we’ll even enter you in a raffle to win a $100 Best Buy gift card, so there’s no reason not to come out and help raise funds for the Presidents hockey teams.
There’s even a classic car show running at the same time where they’ll be auctioning off a black 1998 Jaguar XJ sedan to benefit the hockey program as well.
We held a similar event to benefit the Quincy Post-Prom party in March, raising $4,700 in one day, but we’re hoping to reach our $6,000 cap this time around. Let’s come together as a community to support the Quincy High hockey program.
