All our Quirk dealerships put a premium on customer service, so it’s a pleasure to read the reviews our customers leave for us. The best way to see how a company treats its customers is through honest reviews, and we always encourage our patrons to give us feedback. Your opinion counts at Quirk!

From new and used car sales to auto service, parts and repairs, the staff at our Quirk dealerships works hard to ensure a pressure-free, pleasant atmosphere. Don’t just take my word for it, though; read some of the reviews our satisfied customers have written below.

“I urge any of you considering a VW to visit Bob Keough. He knows his stuff. I called and set up an appointment, he arranged for me to test drive several cars and worked out a great deal – he knew the car inside and out and was able to explain how things worked in a non-technical way for my non-technical intelligence. He’s not one of the typical slick sales agents but is concerned that you are happy and understand what you are buying. My husband leased a VW in the spring from Bob and it was the same deal. I will see Bob in 3 years when my lease is up. And… I love my new car.”

“On July 25, 2011, my husband and I went to Quirk Ford in Quincy in hopes of trading in our 2000 Ford Ranger for a newer model. Fortunately we met Jeff Walsh our Sales Associate. Because of his professionalism and personality he made a stressful experience much easier than we had anticipated and are now driving and enjoying our new 2011 Ford Ranger. Due to his product knowledge and willingness of listen to our needs he found the perfect match for us. He made the process quick and easy and we were in and out of there in about two and a half hours(much less than we expected!). We drove all the way from Southborough, MA and were not disappointed…..neither will you if you choose to buy your next car from Quirk Ford of Quincy and ask for Jeff Walsh. We have already started recommending Quirk Ford to our family and friends and if you are smart, you will do the same. Thank you, Jeff….thank you Quirk Ford.”

“Very professional sales experience. My questions were answered thoughtfully, I was unsure about which model and test drives to compare were immediately arranged, I had shopped for price before coming to the dealer so I knew what I expected and a very good price was agreed upon. There was no pressure – just good information that helped me to make the right decision.”

“The finance manager worked to get me several options so I could get the best rate possible. I have never had that happen before. Great experience all around. Next time I buy a car – I will go back to Quirk.”

“After a lengthy and frustrating search of local Subaru dealerships I called Quirk Works Subaru and told the manager what I wanted.His answer was, “yeah, we can do that.” I was pretty skeptical. I almost didn’t make the trip. When I arrived they actually left me alone to browse around — talk about no hassle — and when I approached the sales desk I was directed to Mr. Scott J McDonald. He brought out a black Forester and I instantly fell in love with it. We went for a brief test drive (I had driven my girlfriend’s new Forester quite a bit — he didn’t really have to sell me on the car) and then we sat down to talk numbers. I told him what and how I wanted to pay and he said, “yeah, we can do that.” And then he brought another manager by and I told him and he said “yeah, we can do that.” So they ran my credit, and printed out a sales agreement and guess what, THEY DID THAT! Through out the process I felt very comfortable, no pressure whatsoever, none of this “well, can you work with us” business that was the song and dance at all the other dealers. They even took care to include the tax in my monthly payment so it came out to exactly match the numbers I had asked for. I have to say that the paperwork part of the deal was completely straightforward and transparent. The night I signed I actually slept better than I had in the past few weeks, worrying over “car deals”.”
